Insurance 
I am a self-pay private practitioner. Upon your request, I will provide you with written statements, which can then be submitted to your health insurance provider for possible out of network reimbursement.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy
I respectfully request 24 hour cancellation notice when possible. Please be advised that without such notice, you may be charged for the session.
